Samuel Otu Memorial Chapel is one of the biggest, tallest and historic chapels in Ghana, arguably the tallest. This historic Chapel is located at Larteh Akuapem. It is the biggest Chapel in the District.
The significance of this magnificent Chapel is that it was built in memory of the first Ghanaian Martyr, Samuel Otu, who was publicly beheaded at Takyimantia in the Brong Ahafo Region was he was on embarking on his evangelical mission, preaching Jesus Christ.
The Chapel is famous for its architecture. Built almost entirely with stones, clay and laterite, its stands proudly over 100ft tall.response / report this review
