  Great Transport services available here. You can also get an advanced ticket here and they link the major cities from Tamale, such as Tamale-Kumasi, Tamale-Accra, Tamale-Sunyani, etc.

  Is the best Public bus. I used to travel with it from Tamale to Accra and Accra to Tamale.
  
  With their new buses Marcopolo, you can charge your phone and have access to Wi-Fi and Toilet facilities. All in the bus while travelling.
  
  The fare is affordable.
