Faulty gym equipment/unprofessional staff -

My wife and I have been members at the gym in the hotel. We have faced a variety of issues regarding gym equipment constantly breaking down ,the cables on the machines are low quality and constantly snap, they are once again replaced with cables of low tensile strength, I have reported the issue to the hotel staff for the cables to be replaced with one with a high tensile but to no avail.

The treadmill is constantly under repair or isn't repaired properly, real lack of professionalism from the staff when handling issues, always finger pointing to other staff and not owning up or taking responsibility.

Personally not a gym I would recommend to serious lifters. 😑😑😑

Great place to relax and blow off steam. Nice hideout and quiet place. Friendly staff, great food and oh cute pool. Only down side is that it's a little expensive and also house keeping isn't really great. Aside that, all is gud
