Prudential Bank Limited, Ghana can you please call your team at the Odorkor Branch to order. Their customer service is really terrible. Right from the Branch Manager to a fair lady at the front desk. I left your office today, 6th June 2015 at 11:12am very upset and couldn't transact whatevet business transaction I needed to do. The information your team provide to your cherised customers are inconsistent and I guess they need more education on your products and services. They are just rude. In this era of competition which Financial Institution would want to speak to customers anyhow. Will search for their names and share with you.Thanks.
