Very special, Good Hospital,Nice Workers.

They said be there by 9AM Saturday as a new patient. We arrived approx. 8:30AM and they arrived approx. 9:30AM. The doctor was friendly enough. However, they weren't clear about their charges and it frustrated me that they kept coming with more charges after we finished one item. All I wanted was an ultrasound and HSG test, but they decided to give my wife a blood test which she already had. Their blood test cost 6 times more than the one she already had, but showed the same information. The ultrasound sonographer was very rude toward my wife and I had to raise my voice with her. She was also to rough with the vaginal probe on the ultrasound machine which caused my wife's cycle to come early. I explained to them that I have managed a medical practice in the past and that they should be forthright with their charges so their patients are not surprised. I cannot honestly recommend this practice.

This is the very first sperm bank and one of the first fertility hospitals in Ghana and have great reputation for what they do. My second son was born there and their professionalism can only be compared to what I experienced in the UK.
