Waiting time too long.
spent almost 2 hours at the OPD and they still couldn't find my card. It has only been six days since my last visit.
very disappointing.
Waiting time is terrible even to have a simple scan.

During my visit there were a lot of people, but this is offset by the fact that the staff are very welcoming and friendly.
