Collecting of monies for the government of Ghana through the Ghana Revenue Authority.

So much money is collected from individuals and company cars with the intention of building our road network in Ghana.

They just say that as a cover-up. Some collectors steal part of the monies, some political people come to collect some and the government doesn't use the remaining for the intended purpose.

Its a shame. Nothing checks the drivers who just drive by a day not pay. Some cameras has been fixed with offensive flashing lights which can cause serious damage to the eyes especially at night.
I wonder if the EPA were informed before those flashy lights were installed or it is standard practice around the world.
