It was a Very neat and quiet place to lodge. I got the Warm Welcome promised. Negotiable room rates are offered for lodgers staying longer than one week.
Phils plaza had Very neat bedroom with daily sheet and towel change.
Their room service responds in good time.
The bathroom is decent with heaters and hot Water as you need. Water also comes at a good pressure flow.
Every room comes with air conditioner and television.
Lodging comes with complementary breakfast.
The In-house restaurant stays opened till late 10pm for lodgers who get in late.
Very helpful receptionist who gave easy to follow directions on phone.
Very easy to find on the Google map also.
5minutes drive on good roads from the Volta Regional Hospital with very minimal traffic. Very accessible road.
Safe parking lot for cars with attendants available to clean your car in the morning.
Laundry services also functional although I would use that with caution.
There is Active night life, shops and food vendors within a short walk from the hotel.
A shame however that there is no swimming pool or gym, which would have been truly perfect.
All the same I received services worthy of a 5star rating for the price I paid and compared to other lodges in the area this is a hotel I would recommend and lodge again on my next trip to Ho.response / report this review -

Serene atmosphere, nice rooms. Not so equipped for the disabled, but the staffs could help you get around. Would post pictures when I get there again

The place is cool and quite which is good. Restaurant serves nice food. All the same I enjoyed spending time there for a week. Room services available and laundry service too.
