I enjoy shopping at palace due to the easy access from my house to the place. Also have cool prices and provides a lot of options for everything ranging from food stuff to general groceries.
Never used their bathroom so I can't comment on that, however, the entrance has a wide range of bank ATM's which makes shopping easier and more comfortable.
You don't have to worry about spending all your money inside either because they accept visa and master cards for transactions.
Trust me, you will love it

It was an excellent shopping centre without the unnecessary crowding. It had the freshest vegetables with a wide range of electronics. I was truly impressed.

The supermarket is serene for shopping as a family due to it's eateries inside. The attendants are readily available to offer directions and help whenever necessary. Palace Hypermarket offers a variety of vegetables such as kales at a very affordable price. It is a to go mall for a person that appreciate diversity.

Great place to shop. Kinda huge though but everything you looking for I believe you can fine in there. Some staff are great and friendly but some can be really annoying but in all, it's a good place to shop and also have fun. You'll however need to be extra careful if you are there with kids cos they can easily get lost.

It’s a really large shopping mall with a whole range of things ranging from upholstery to electrical appliances to food and other household items. Palace is the place to find it all. It even has a pharmacy. They have workers at almost every shelf helping you out. The place is also very clean. You can pay cash or via card. And when you buy heavy items, a worker helps you with your cart to your car. There’s a large parking space with security except you’ll occasionally run into people at the car park asking for donations or contributions to some orphanage.

One stop store. You get everything you want from A to Z. Just name it and you get it there and all vegetables are very fresh. They have also royalty bonus point and discount. Love to shop in Palace Hypermarket

Well organised with wide range of productsalmost everything is thereproduct's quality is very good. Farmers- market section has nice collection of fruits and vegetables. Toy's quality is better than many supermarkets here.

Very large open space of products ranging from a deli, restaurant, bakery, butchery to all household, gym stuff and a clothing and lingerie section.
It is disable friendly with a big parking space.
Only down side: prices on products are different at the till and almost always higher.
If this can be checked I'll love to shop here always.

There's a 120% chance of finding everything you need here, with almost everything you can think of sold here. There's a lot of variety to choose from in terms of products and brands. If you ever done find what you're looking for, you can be sure it'll be there the next time you visit.
Attendants here are available and helpful. Prices for some things are higher than you'd expect but the same goes for the low prices you find also. So it's balanced out.

The place is huge but choices are limited. You're lucky to find an attendant with any knowledge of anything.

Maybe one of the owners would climb down to help, but they make it look like such a bother.

A complete weekend shopping place. You can shop everything required in daily life..kitchen grocery, utility tools, beddings curtains..decoration items, all sorts of cutlery. Crazy for electrical appliances..go there..payment of utility bills..yes you can do..kids area.. something you need for sports..go get it hereand once you are tired hop into food arenadelicious Lebanese food and coffee bar.
Really a nice place for weekend shopping spree.

Only one suggestion just make available a nice washroom for your customers.

Undoubtedly the largest supermarket space in the capital. Hyper, I guess, is the next level in size for super.

They are big for good reason too. Incredible array of decently priced goods for pretty much everything. From house hold goods, groceries, butcher, electronics, hardwarethe list goes on.

Lovely place to take the kids shipping along too. Ride-able carts and child-sized shopping carts create a unique experience for the tiny humans. They have a section for kids tooclothes, toys and more.

Open till late even on week days adds a plus to it.

On site ATM farm consisting of over 5 banks ensures you always have a means to pay for your goods.

They have started to partner with 3rd party vendors and already have 2nd Cup and Pizza Hut open branches on site.

Very large retail store. They have some affordable home goods, others on the pricey side. It's nice that they have a Second Cup coffee area inside. Service at the tills is usually fast. Parking is also spacious enough.

My favourite place to shop in Accra. A good selection of food and consumables. A nice coffee shop (excellent coffee) which also does a very nice Lebanese mixed grill. The prices in the shop are reasonable and the staff are quite helpful.

This is a truly impressive mall by any standard, featuring quite an extensive range of merchandise to cater for all tastes and budget. The staff are generally helpful, although they sometimes get needlessly distracted. Discounts offered for purchases over a certain amount was pleasantly welcome. All in all, a great shopping experience awaits everyone.
