Comfortable rooms and decent breakfast. Couldn't get the heater in my room to work though so be prepared for an ice cold shower at night.

The place is serene and luxurious at moderate prices. 4 or 5 stars worthy but the attendants (Front desk and kitchen) need to beef up customer service. They need more training and perhaps motivation.
More can be done in terms of prompt picking of calls, and response to customer enquiries.
