An International Hospital that has served both Ghanaians and also foreigners or tourist, the hospital has a good record and it's good for does who live around airport,Ridge. The facility also accept health insurance card and cash too.
Decent and tidy. Nurses were nice and highly professional to the patient I visited. Good medics too.
I have been to this hospital a few times, out of desperation. It's horrible but so are all the hospitals in Ghana. Never be fooled. If u need to see a specialist, be rest assured that you will only see him after he has seen all the people he already knows. Hi walks into the waiting room and makes eye contact with someone he already knows and signals them to come in. He is not going by appointment times or first come first serve. This is generally the culture in ghana. Even if u need someone to assist you with suicide or spit on your face, you will have to have what the call "protocol" or " connection",meaning you gatsta have that hookup, that plug, that person who knows somebody who knows somebody. During my last visit, while standing at the cashier, a nurse cut in front of me to pay for a guy she apparently knows. When I confronted her, she claimd she did not know I was in line, as though I would just leisurely stand in front of the cashier to admire his chiselled good looks, because I guess I am so obviously homosexual.. Long story long, don't expect to get the kind of professionalism you would receive in Europe or nNort America. It's simply horrible. So is Lister or whatever hospital claims to be of Western standard. The sad thing is they could easily be on that standard by simply having a cultural change. This has nothing to do with High tech medical equipment , which we can all understand are not easy to aquire in poor countries. This is simply a case of incompetence, complacency, and the almighty God Complex so characteristic of African doctors and professionals in generalen. What a shame.
Very good hospital, Well equipped & Very neat place.
Very Good hospital. They have many of the facilities required to serve patients and they are modern.
Concerning the timing of the hospital, I think there has been significant improvement. When you book an appointment they give you time and mostly serve you even before the time is due.
The cost of things in the hospital is expensive but I think its worth it because they provide good services. So far I would recommend to anyone around who is not too low on money.
Scammers abusing this centres name. on very much cases they use the name "elikem tamaklo".
they pretend to be women and they also need money for some treatments at this centre.
if you ask for some proof that its real, they always tell this doctors name and even post photos with him.
either they abuse this doctors name or he really is playing this game together with them, to make people pay a lot of money for some fake treatments.
Good doctors but very inefficient administration. They don't keep their promises when it comes to time and don't treat you like a customer but rather like a burden. I don't recommend!!!
Great call center service. Kudos
Been trying to book an appointment for the last 3 to no avail. Call either doesn't go through or isn't answered. What a shame
You guys put contact details but you don't pick up calls. Seriously?
Poor customer service leading to spending long hours before being attended to. Dangerous for emergency cases
Our best friend perished in Nyaho. She was Japanese. No one was able to help her.
Very professional nurses, doctors, dietary staff and the housekeeping staff. From the front desk, I knew I was in the right place to recover from pneumonia. Nurses and doctors worked fast to continue the care I needed. Next time I'm sick, I will seek help there.
