Very helpful staff. But needs major renovations with most of the furniture, the TV is old and couldn't watch anything, lights were broken, smells like cigarettes.
And there was limited parking space.
But in all wasn't bad. Good for short stay or if you plan to stay outside more often and just use it for sleep and bathing.

It is a nice hotel. Hotel staff is very good and soft spoken. Only thing missing is renovation of small small things like TV, room cardboard, curtains and some changes in washrooms.

It will be the best hotel in Osu.
