A large auditorium for examination and other occasions on Ucc campus. No bar or restaurant. Air conditioning is available. CCTV cameras. Was rooms are not the best. No available drinking water within the hall. Wi-Fi not Soo good. The place can be best used for seminar, conferences and forums.

It more like an auditorium for events found on the University of Cape Coast Campus. It can hold a capacity of about 500 to 1000 individuals at most. It is located right beside the School of Medical Sciences on the University Campus.
