Poor services!!! If you are using NationWide insurance, you're sure not to be given medication but prescription to get it at a Pharmacy with your money. This defeats the basic essence of having an insurance.

Insists on being paid in advance. Took the money and doctor never showed. Refused to return money. Said they can only take it, but can't give it back.
