This place has a rich amount of Ghana's history but the facility is not being managed well to meet high standards.

Well crafted edifice with large auditoriums for national or very big events. Accessibility concerns and car parking space well catered for.

good place for visits and you have precats restaurant in the museum environs, currently the museum is under renovation. sadly no structure for the physically challenged. But you may come over to the sculpture garden as that is where unaware visitors go to when informed about the permanent closure upon arrival.
you might want to visit MST( museum of science and technology).on going exhibition to be ended in September.

This place has been closed for the past two years due to construction. The security guard says that it will open again in September and he can also explain the sculptures outside the main museum. He also suggested to go to the Science and Technology museum instead which was very helpful.
