Great little place. Friendly people, good food. Just very low flow on the showers but otherwise a great stay. Central too. 30 min from the airport.

This place is not safe. Full of insects. Broken furniture. Very rude stuff. They steal our stuff, burn our clothes, and try to get out from the responsibility.

I had a great time in Tema and a lovely stay in Njoy Hotel. I stayed at the hotel for 7 days. The staff are very attentive. I would stay there again

I can't understand why these people don't care about our complains. The money is paid for good service not to let us suffer here. Water cuts, electricity issues, internet issues, AC issues, TV issues, long waiting time for dinner, even for lunch i don't get my requested food. I get that chicken that i don't like. Also the aggressive attitude from the stuff. They can't even smile against you. I don't recommend this place at all. Anyone else suffered the same here?

Nice looking hotel , although parking is minimal. It took a long time for our food to be served but we had an enjoyable meal and drink.

This is my third time that I staying here and this is the worst. First my room were invested heavily with cockroaches. I complained. And after an argument they moved me to a new room. My clothes were send for washing it came back without been washed they only ironing it and send it back. I complained about it still nobody came back to me. Then there are the water issue you have to dans around in the shower to get wet if you have water and if you complaining all they say we are pumping the water. When you order coffee you get two sugars but when you ask for extra sugar as I'm a sweet person that needs more sugar they charge me 10 Ghana cides for the extra sugar. I complained and still nothing came from it. The rooms are nice and big. Some off the staff is doing there best but then you get the one's that cannot even smile it seems they are always thinking the world owning them and this is bad for the image of the hotel. There are no aircons in the walkways and in the reception area and if you come out your room that extreme heat knocked you right in the fact. The MD of the hotel is an very humble man and he tri his best but his staff is letting him down. I will stay here agian but they only need to get the staff trained and get rid of all the lazy and unproductive staff. And this hotel will raise among the best. This is a mouthfull but it is thru. Hope this will inspire them to work on the complaints.

Aside being a hotel, they have a bar, a jazz lounge, a snack bar and a restaurant so you can go there for absolutely anything and enjoy yourself. Absolutely love this place

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Horrible beds, no water heater and you get ONLY 1 TOWEL. Don't waste your money! Wish I could give it half star!

Can't speak much about accommodation as I've not experienced it recently.

They have what they call "Re-fill Station". Great place for breakfast. Best tasting waffles and pancakes and crepe this side of town. Appreciable variety of snacks and pastries.

Freshly squeezed juices are my personal favorite highlights.

For lunches however, be prepared to wait a whileunless you called and ordered ahead.

Am rating this hotel 5x because of its good looking and quality standard rooms. It worth the price. The front desk are so helpful and a very nice underground car park.

Very nice place, but standards are falling too fast over the years. Drinks and meals ordered take a while to be delivered. But very nice food and nice people.
