Modem Pharmacy is not so big pharmacy shop but has quote a number of drugs available for purchase. I have bought drugs from this place about five times. The place is great but I don't really like their customer service and work ethics of some of the employees.
There was a day I went there with my sister to buy medicine for her. As we were seated waiting for other customers to finish with their purchase so we head to the counter and buy our medicine, the cleaner decided to sweep the place not considering the customers there. Worst, she did not even bother to tell us to excuse ourselves so she could sweep. She just went ahead sweeping while we were seated.
There's one lady who isn't patient enough to answer customers as if she is being forced to work there or doing the customer a favor.
In all, the place is good with all kinds of medicines. They sell other products as well (like cosmetic products, yoghurt etc.)response / report this review -
