  I have been here several times before but not for a while now, and it was loverly before but wow! They have undergone some serious refurbishment bringing the hotel to a higher standard. Many more rooms meaning you could possibly have a large group weekend booking.
  
  Staff are friendly and helpful just as before, reasonable rate too.This will continue to be the place i book when I come to Ada

  I stayed here in early April 2018 for 3 nights and I had a pleasant stay at the MaksResort Guest House. They serve great tasting food, have friendly staff and it is in a nice location with a view over the Volta River. Recommended if you want to relax and enjoy the scenery, I would definitely return here next time I go to Ada!

  Will be definitely returning to this gem in Ada! This is beautiful and relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of Accra. The staff were super friendly and accomodating and I cannot forget to mention that this place is value for money. The only suggestion I have for Maks is to have a bit more water sports as the hotel sits on the river Volta however this would not stop me from returning! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

  Was friendly before but now they are not to friendly because u can't even take photos off hotel off some reason ? I never know. Old woman say is forbidden use camera and snapshot photo on place. Anyway I can recommend Dreamland before this place if u want peace and do what u want. Near sea and everything is ok. In normal way. Me da se.
