Very beautiful hotel, serene & nice environment but watch out for the food especially the ones in Chinese. My personal experience. Make sure you know what you're ordering for especially the food in Chinese on the menu.

Beautiful hotel but bad customer service. Rude behaviour by female receptionist with short haircut. Cleaning team very professional. Really bad odor from bathroom where I slept. I had to talk and talk before my room was finally changed. Management should consider training receptionists on customer service.
