  3 star b'cos the serving staff despite sitting around doing nothing, didn't bother serving myself and one other customer. It took the supervisor in white to get them to serve the 3rd customer. They used to be better.
  They really need to how neat looking they serve dishes. It's consistent with the Lapaz branch.
