Lakeside Estates would be a great place to live if the roads were built and if there wasn't trash everywhere. People litter everywhere. The power goes out too frequently. To live in this area a generator is a must. There are some nice homes built in the area but I wouldn't buy a home in this area. Lakeside needs improvement.

Nice estate , well laid out. Houses are easy to locate. Very nice houses and a beautiful park for fun and relaxation with boat activities on their water.

Beautiful estate, houses are a bit too small but the lands around them are sizable so u could easily expand n remodel.

Their Marina Park is known in the area for fun activities and it is a good hangout for adults n kids.

Also for the security benefits of the gated side with guards, u should definitely consider Lake Side Estate Community 8! A bit deep inside n far from the main road but it’s worth it.

Lake side estate is a real estate development that is located not very far from the Madina - School junction road. It is also not far from Japan lake, probably got it's name from the lake. Various categories of housing units have been constructed, thus housing many people there. It has resulted in the area being developed. The setback is causing heavy traffic on the Madina- School junction road.

Nice environment great feel of the lake. Several logistics had broken down. You have to pay extra to use each item within the facility after paying that entrance fee.

It will be a self sustaining community when most of the houses are built. There is a nice activity center and amusement park with play ground for all ages.. They offer a n boat ride tour with experienced diver for extra fee.With the GH20 entrance fee for all day, ,I think is reasonable. A good place for events and family outting

Its a gated community located close to the Adentan Community. Security is tight at this place. There is no flow of tap water but inhabitants do buy water from the water tankers. Its OK to live in such an area. Most middle income Ghanaians can be found there with most of them been the actual owners of the house.

The drainage systems are poor (square-shaped instead of curved). The layout is really disorganised. There are not enough vendors and shops. There is only one fun spot- Marina park - and it is not well-equipped. Lakeside Estates does not have enough sports facilities.
