  Architecture is so simple but very beautiful.
  Environment is so neat.
  It is located in a very quiet and decent environment.
  It is obvious it was well planned.
  It is very easy to trace and locate especially using google map.
  Road network leading here is very good.
  The air is so fresh and I love it.
