Today had the pleasure to revisit Labadi Beach Hotel after 5 years
Still one of the best places to stay with a great consistent service by all its dedicated staff.
Earlier I enjoyed a long walk by the sea water.
Followed by a great lunch. Thanks Chef Garry and your team

Simply Excellent

I do not want to exaggerate but I would say this is a Rolls Royce of hotels in Accra. Now which of the Rolls Royce, that’s something else.

Rooms are very neat. Though they may not be very generous with toilet paper, the bathroom is so well kept – like new each time it’s cleaned. The room is spacious and the bed is so very comfortable.

This hotel is a must-go-to if you’re a foodie. The food is extraordinarily good. Well cooked in variety and provided in generous quantities. From the starter to deserts, you’ll want to stay there forever. Bravo to the Chef and his team of cooks.

I didn’t like the beach part of this property. Despite their efforts to their portion neat, you see, plastics from surrounding un-kept beaches still find their way.

Overall: excellent.

It has a perfect view for reading a book by the sea while watching the sunset. The place has side attractions like water games that may be worth exploring for a fun loving person. The sand at the beach allows for jogging for either morning or evening runs.

Great place by all standards especially for the family during the weekends. Kids can swim and play while adults get some time to themselves 😉😉. Wonderful cocktails at the bar. Only downside is the waiting staff. They should learn to take customer feedback in good stride and not try and justify their actions to the client, irrespective of how unreasonable the customer is. The supervisor should be immediately called in to diffuse escalating situations when it arises.

Good food, peaceful place to eat. Went to the beach part that is roped off belongs to the hotel Lovely planted with coconut trees.. BUT the walk to the waters edge on the public beach is covered in litter including glass.
I would suggest the hotel employs a couple of beach cleaners. I would rather tip a beach cleaner than be pestered by sellers.
If it wasn't for the beach l would give 5 stars hence I will only give three!

Labadi is most special and first choice hotel in Ghana and they have maintain good standard recipe and standard hygiene practice all this year. The Chef at Labadi beach hotel are the best in Ghana and on other hotel can have the standard of Labadi beach hotel.

Nice outdoor seating area overlooking the pool and palm trees. The food took quite a while to come. I ordered chicken wings and chips, I wasn't overly keen on it, but my fiance ordered red red and the garden veg and he loved it! Next time I'll order something else

Buffet is usually a good mix of edible treats without being bland and overwhelming. Ambiance in the lobby and bar areas is always sophisticated and relaxing.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful and all your wants and needs are met. It is quintessentially Ghanian in the wall prints to the fabric prints and the beautiful African ornaments scattered around the building. I have only been here once yet wish to return soon. The staff here are extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Charles The Financial Controller. The rooms are a good size and host a bath and shower as separate entities which I loved. All in all my stay was magnificent.

Great place to stay but to also go on a Saturday or Sunday. The spa is great. The little walk outside on the beach I good cause you can join to crowd or stay away. I personally love the deck next to the spa

The best Hotel in the city of Accra. Amazing hospitality, their breakfast is to die for. Security and sanitation is top notch, the bar on the water is my favorite place, pool is huge and clean, serenity and trees best for relaxation. Rooms are huge well equipped and comfortable. Definitely coming back anytime ☺

Beautiful beach site. Friendly and proffesional staff. Very humid area. Temperature 30 deg celcius and above. Lively beach area. A number of affordable bars and eateries to choose from. About 3km from the airport

Ghana's first and oldest 5-Star hotel. Certainly gets a 5 star rating from me. Lives up to its class.

My choice hotel for dinners. If you are celebrating a birthday, even more reason to have it there. Their staff break out into a localized harmony singing happy birthday with such passion and zeal it brings tears of joy and memorable smiles.

Most staff in Ghana don't give their best customer service unless financially motivated. Not at Labadi beach hotel.

Swimming pools are well maintained and ever so inviting at night.

I particularly love the bar on the lake. Secluded with great background music from an on-site DJ makes it ideal for a romantic or casual drink. Be prepared to deal with mosquitoes though.

A little pricey but excellent service. Good food, friendly staff, beautiful grounds. Huge pool with private beach area close to beach bars and parties. Day 4 of 10 and no complaints so far.

This place is about as good as it gets in West Africa. The food is great and the service is excellent overall. The rooms are clean and well-maintained though there is a little bit of a humid/musky smell. The grounds are well-kept and almost anything touristic that you could want is available on the beach. For fitness you can run around the grounds (one lap is about a half a mile) and there is a 25m lap pool. The hotel offers shuttle service to/from the airport though when they get overwhelmed that just hire you a taxi. Overall a fine place to stay.

Love the ambiance of this place. Food is great too but the last time we were there, the credit card machine wasn't working and there was no other option but to walk to the atm at night to withdraw. Not that big a deal except it takes away from that 5-star-feel.

Beautiful and breathtaking pools, fountains, lakes and a beach all grace this hotels grounds. It's definitely worth a visit! Second only to the likes of moevenpick and kempinsky, and first when you count the beach!!! Awesome!

I went with the Capture Ghana team to shoot a wedding. The service was amazing and the food was quite nice. What I liked about the location was that they used their surroundings to create more than just a beach vibe. It was easy to change the venue into anything you wanted it to be. Labadi Beach Hotel is a great place to organize both friends and business as well as events in between.
