Cool and relaxing, get an accommodation from this estate and u will never regret doing so. Rate is affordable.

Kumsark Estate, one of the very few estates in the La Nkwantanang Madina Municipal Assembly (LaNMMA).
Located in Ankonam, Oyarifa.
The estate have access road, electricity, pipe bore water, toilet and sewage disposal system, serene environment, very good location, and above all, it's a gated community.
The estate comprises of one, two, three, four or five bedroom self-contain semi-detached houses. With all houses having the same colour and type of building.
