  The second largest hospital in Ghana. It specialist in the major medical disciplines, surgery, internal medicine, pediatric, hysterics and genealogy. Under these you will come across sub-specialities (urology, neurosurgery, abdominal, orthopedic, eye, ear nose and throat, 11 pediatric sub-specialties including emergency, critical care, gastroenterology, oncology and nephrology, sickle cell services available.
  
  Its also the National Trauma center. KATH is the first and only center training Emergency medicine physicians nurses.

  One of the best teaching hospitals in Ghana. There are a lot of uncompleted infrastructure which have been abandoned for long and need to be looked at.
