Just called Kareena cakes and a lady picks up.
I asked why the menu page was not with a menu and this responder was rude.
All she kept saying was we are not working until 13th September. Wondering why she even bothered answering the call and why the information ain't on their site.
Is the owner aware?

I have been eating their cakes for a while now and I think it is good but what lets them down in my opinion are customer services. They don't make you feel important or relevant in the slightest bit. It might be the person I spoke to but that was the vibe.
The place is neat and the cakes are good. They also have a delivery service, which isn't bad.

Cake itself is nice, staff needs a bit more training on customer care. I went there and met so many people, but for some reason, you call their phone lines, and most at times, no one picks up. The personal service is also quite below par when you are at the premises, so unless you don't mind how you get served, you will like the cake.

Delicious cakes, fast and effective customer service and neat environment. The cakes are also affordable. The cakes are made with fresh whipped cream and it's form can be ruined if kept outside fridge for long hours.

I had gifts of 5 Birthday Cakes from various places so I decided to keep the Karina to be eaten last as I loved their cakes.

Apparently their Birthday Cake is supposed to be kept only for 2-3days beyond which it goes bad whether you touch it or not This information was not made available until my precious Birthday Cake went bad. Smh.

I have always loved Kareena cakes and their service. The cakes are delicious albeit a bit fragile. I remember the cake had shifted by the time I got to my destination. But such delicious in a box. The staff are friendly and different variety/flavours. I will buy again and again.

The upgrade is superb. Spacious, a lot more attendants and very careful customer service. I wonder why they didn't figure out that when I said "The Blues" I mean Chelsea Football Club They used a 'turquoisey' looking colour but I guess I should have been more detailed and specific Anyway the cake was still Great.

No parking space bad customer care had to park outside n it very very small the cake is quite expensive I just paid 120 for a very small cake. The road is also very tiny stress to get here. N delivery is quite pricey.

The CAKES here are top class;. door-to-delivery services are quite good. Staff at front-desk need to liven up a bit more and show some warmth towards customers. A smile or two is all it takes to win the gratitude of a customer!
