Irresistible crusty chicken continue to take me back to KFC. KFC continues to live up to the fast food name. Expect your order within 3 minutes. It was in my case...
The cashiers and attendees could benefit from some training though. You normally wouldn't find smart folks working at a fast food joint albeit some training would definitely go a long way. Thanks!report this review -

Nice clean place. Not crowded. Friendly staff that offer a good experience. Not as noisy as I expected, and that was a pleasant surprise.

Very poor customer service. Waited for over 30 minutes for an order. Order disappeared from screen and they did not attend to us until we pressured them several times that we had not been attended to. Would not recommend.

Really good service. Unlike many restaurants I have been to, these guys actually do have what's on their menu. Placing your order and getting is done quite orderly without ambiguity

It's a fuel station offering both petrol and diesel. On the same facility there's a sop, KFC restaurant & drive-through and Starbites Fast Food.

Chicken was fresh, service was great! Only there was a slight mix up in the orders. We ordered one pack chips, and that one came as rice instead. Didn't go complain as we were running late. Overall, we're very satisfied with everything else.

KFC is located on the main lake road at Asokwa, Kumasi in the same premises as the Shell Fuel service Station. The restaurant serves crunchy fried chicken, beverages, smoothies, rice, cheeseburgers and other assorted poultry products. KFC is a popular hangout for University students, civil servants, family and friends as well as expatriates.

Offers fast food; burger, chips, drinks, among others, similar to McDonald's. Meals are cheap here. Place is tidy, orderly and quick orders on weekdays. As typical of most food centres, place is usually busier on weekends.

KFC at Asokwa is great place to grab a quick bite and chill with your pals. Problem is how crowded they get on weekends and on holidays. You might end up waiting for a seat. Their chicken is delectable as expected, but I'm not a fan of their burgers. Food was quite affordable when they opened but they're rationing their meals now (lol). All in all, it's a nice joint.

Wi-Fi, lights, colours are classy. I liked their crusher. Setup is elegant. I only didn't like their jollof. Didn't reflect Ghana right there. Gosh.

This place was excellent when they first opened. Now they've reduced the size of their chicken and increased their prices. Secondly, their customer service is poor to say the least. They are very stingy with ketchup (2packets even if you order bucket) and napkins (you literally have to ask for them to get some). For their premium prices you would think you can have all the ketchup/napkins you desire.
