Generally they are okay but their drive-through needs a bit of work, and I think my crusher wasn't done well this time around. It feels like either their machine wasn't working well or in their haste to get it for me, they didn't stir it up thoroughly.

When a fast food joint wouldn't serve half of what is on their menu for no apparent reason than they are closing in an hour it's not a fast food joint. If they didn't have the items that would be understandable, but they did but weren't prepared to serve certain items because they were closing. This is pure laziness on the part of the staff and nothing else.
The chicken we were served tasted slightly stale, I believe it had been sitting under the hot lamp for far too long.
Incredibly poor service, and some of the staff could do with an attitude adjustment.

The next branch of KFC in Ghana. I wonder sometimes do they take care more in frying the chicken there more than other branches or what ? Go to OSU you will regret you ordered a chicken

Very good quality chicken! This is the best chicken I've had in Ghana and the best out of fast food chains in America. I am VERY impressed. I don't why but at the time of this review they have taken jollof rice off the menu and replaced it with fried rice (both are great).

Excellent hangouts place. Nice chicken. The jollof is terrible though. Fries and beggars are good. Highly recommended for a quick bite and a good fast food place to hang out with family and friends.
It has a very efficient and timely drive through.

It's Kentucky Fried Chicken, much like it is in the US but without biscuits. The chicken tastes good and the menu is well varied. You can even buy ice cream. This location has a drive through, which makes it more convenient.

This location is only one floor so don't expect a large space.

Bathrooms were not clean or stocked the two times I've visited. The fries are not fresh and I was told i had an 8 minutes wait for crispy spicy chicken.. About 5 minutes later I got four orders of not spicy not crispy not hot chicken with fries not hot either. I will not visit this location again. A few others I've visited in Accra have been great.

Nice place to eat and have a meeting.
Clean and serene environment

Washroom not enough on a busy day

Chicken is great but from a Ghanaian perspective the fried chicken needs to be a bit more dry and crunchy

Their parent company in the USA serves other compliments they do not serve

Every other service is superb

Great food, and reasonable waiting time. The soda was a bit pricey. Cool ambience for chatting with friends. Staff is okay, though they could be friendlier. An all right place.
