  Very friendly and welcoming experience I had. Their staff were professional and the total time spent there was less than 5 minutes. Physically challenged persons may not be able to access the pick up point though as it is located up a flight of stairs.

  Have had a very bad experience with jumia.Returned
  an item on 22nd .Have spent all my money making calls and they keep giving excuses. Still not heard anything from them ,though the phone is still with them.Very frustrating. This is after i have bought some substandard nuova phones for some family members.All four are broken down within a short time and no service centre.I have actually stopped buying from them but I will go all extent to get my refund.

  Poor customer service! I have been waiting for a refund for a month now and went there for times. They have been telling me that tuesdays are when the money would be reimbursed but yet nothing. Slow team work. Incompetent workers that pretend to know what there are doing. And the pick is that to reach the warehouse or the return items department you just have to get there because their phone numbers never works. When I say just,I mean plan for the spintext traffic during or after work don't I have better things to do than mentoring workers on how to do there job!?

  Poor service by Jumia. They are not honest with their customers. Full of deception and trickery. I almost took them to court but my lawyers adviced that I should let go since the amount involved was too small. I just may next time
