  I haven't been to an actual event here, but have passed by on several occasions. It is a relatively large outdoor space with a well-kept lawn and walled, with an additional hedge to shield from public view. I would recommend it for its central location in eastern Accra (between Madina and Adenta), the availability of parking inside and even along the roads surrounding it, and the greenery of the lawn and surroundings. Unfortunately, I cannot speak to the price of rental.
