Went to dinner with my family here. Dinner was nice with a variety of options. Service was slow but that's normal in most cases in Ghana as the food is cooked mostly fresh. Staff was very nice and friendly.

Nice place to organize conferences. Meals served here are properly prepared. Nice accommodation for family vacations. Environment is beautiful and serene. The hotel could benefit from improvement in security .
Though some sections of hotel are very accessible to people with physical challenges, more improvement in access to areas such as the washrooms would be beneficial to these people.

My stay in this hotel was a nightmare. I stayed in Room 210 from 23 to 25 Feb 18. The receptionist on duty, Eric Twumawoo, displayed the highest form of rudeness to me as a client. He hang up on me when I called the intercom, dared me to report to anywhere I want to and questioned my profession and status. Ridiculous as this may sound, I find it an affront to my status as a client and a professional. I owe it a duty to make a formal report to the management of the hotel and potential clients.

For me, this is my last stay in Hotel Stevens and I caution potential clients to be mindful of this rude staff when making a booking.

Has a very neat and beautiful environment. Nice conference rooms and their foods are nice. Has a spacious parking place and one can easily get a taxi right at the entrance of the hotel.

I am sooo unhappy. Internet is not working. Light in the room is terrible and not sufficient to either work or read a book. The door can't be locked. The personnel left the window open and the room filled with mosquitoes. And the worst: those chemical bed sheets in which one sweats to death. All the personnel is saying: tomorrow. Never again
