The hotel as such is fair. The rooms are up to standard. The restaurant though is an issue. If they have more than 15 people ordering from the menus the service come to an stand still and you could wait up to 2 hours, if you are lucky to get your order. Another issue is they advertise dishes on the menu that are non existing, like samosas which they have not had for the 2 months that I have stayed here. They ran out of Baracuda fish 4 weeks ago and prawns 3 weeks ago and they do not restock. So a lot of dishes on the menu are not available. Once you send in a formal email complaint they try and rectify a situation but don't take my word for it.
