I like doing window shopping in the shop a lot. They have a great collection of devices and home appliances. The staff however are not so responsive. They always seem busy and do not even recognise when a customer walks in.

I bought 249L double decker refrigerator and it developed a fault (Fridge compartment stopped working) after 10 months. I took it back to the show room in East Legon, they repaired. The problem has recurred after 4 months again. This is the worse electronic experience I have had in my lifetime. Hisense needs to check the quality of their products.

I bought 16 Airconditions, 10th November 2016 installation was finished January 2017. In October 2017, 5 of them were not working I went to the Legon office where they were purchased to report the problems I was told service is 60 Ghana I will need 3 technicians, I told the guy send me 2 Techs they came the next day couple of the Airconditions had mechanical Engine problem they took the parts with them the next day I was called by the Tech .who handed the phone to a VERY RUDE SUPERVISOR he told me if I don't have a receipt I have to buy the damage part. I responded where's your Customers service.
I asked to speak with his superior he said No why not he said they not available.
He HAND UP THE PHONE on me I called back 4 times he will cut me off.
I called back Monday 13/11/17 same problem refused to take my call. They do have my records because I spent nearly 29,000 Ghana on those 16 pieces this supervisor has No Moral Right to get a Nasty Treatment.
Please customer keep your receipts.

Sent my water dispenser which I bought from them for maintenance because there was a small leak and the water was wasting. From February 17 to date I still haven't gotten any feed back or the dispenser. I have been to the Hisense east legon show room several times to follow upall to no avail. If you cannot fix it just return it. I keep wasting fuel and time going there get no results.

If you are a tech-savvy person who wants to connect your Smart Tv to Youtube and Skype through apps on your Smart Tv then be critical about the model you buy.Make equiries pertaining to that before you buy a disappoint model.Also make sure that their firmware is updateable.

Bought a fridge about 4 months ago and it is already malfunctioning. The East Legon branch never pick their phone either. Rubbish attitude in store too
