Waiting time: Unacceptably long (upwards of half an hour)
Customer service : Mediocre. No apologies for long wait time, constantly interrupted by phonecalls and a generally lukewarm outlook. It appeared returning and certain calibre of clients were attended to quicker.
Product: Too early to tell; today was my first. Rates appeared competitive though.
