Cool place for students who wish to have hostels outside campus

Rooms are spacious. Kitchens leave a bit to be desired but do the trick. Bathrooms are okay. Security in the ground floors however,leaves a lot to be desired. There is no visible security, the place is very open to anyone at almost anytime despite the closed nature of the building.

Overall good space, not too airy on the ground floor. Not quite secure either.

Amenities and utilities are not a problem. Utilities aren't very reliable however (water).

They even have ECG vendor there where they can buy prepaid for their meters

Very large hostel accommodation with standby power supply suitable for students. Recently been completed and painted nice gold colour but is likely to attract high rent. It has provision shops, meat cold store and boutique in the ground floor.
