  This College is purely technical,it's was established by the former Ghana Telecom in 2005 for their workers to help in prove the service of the company but now it's opened to anyone who has the passion for Telecom programs, fees are 1790 per semester so I'd you want a place that you want learn a trade or have a profession then come to Ghana Telecom college
