  It one of the cheapest hostels for a central university student, its not the best but its acceptable for most people in the are, especially if you are on a low budget. you can also refurbish too to a certain extent I believe. Its decent, not the cleanest. Its distance from campus is reasonable, about 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you go. They have one the biggest conference rooms of all the hostels that you can rent out for indoor events. They also have pretty big convenience store, where they sell quite a number of items that most hostels would not sell. Currently they have 2 active food places . one I believe during the day and I believe the other during the night in front if the hostel. They are also close to a neighbourhood gym, hair Solon, barbering store and other convenient stores.
