Loved it. Service is excellent, it's affordable and you get what you want. The employees are also very professional. The parking lot however is quite small so I'd advise u to rather be dropped off unless you don't mind parking outside off the salons premises.

Service today was very slow. Waited an hour plus before I was called. In total spent 3 hrs just for a wig cup. This needs to be improved. Secondly the staff needs more tools to work with eg. Combs not to leave you and be going round looking for one to use. It's not hygienic as well. Staff also needs training on customer care even though the senior lady at the desk is customer friendly.

Nice salon. Sometimes customer service is good yet other times is horrible tbh because the hairdressers do not listen. But in general it is a nice place

I really like the building layout and the new wig department they have. There are some really nice ones there. Plus as usual with this place, they have some extraordinary jewelry pieced and of course many many things for your hair from shampoo to moisturizer to towels, to nets, and on to body care products. The manager is always ready to order what they don't have or show you what they have for alternative. Don't forget to go upstairs to get your hairstyled with a manicure, pedicure, and so much more.

It is easily located, nice atmosphere and a good receptionist to answer most of your questions. (I believe she got employee of the month) Francisca (I hope i got the name right) is a fantastic hairstylist .And did I mention that Susan is also very polite ?😊
