  I visited this branch today 6th Oct 2020 to renew my visa card. I had attempted to order a replacement a week earlier by phone home delivered and was informed it will cost 30cedis and take 48-72 hours. I approved. 72 hours later, I received a call that it will now take another week but I can visit the branch and get it instantly. She definitely sounded like she was trying to convince me to cancel the phone visa card replacement. Back to my opening sentence. I got to the bank exactly at mid day. Two plus size ladies were manning the customer service desk. I waited outside for an hour (due to social distancing) before being allowed to sit in the banking hall to continue waiting. The same 2 customers interacting with the customer service reps at noon were still seated after an hour with the customer service agents. I had to wait another hour to finally getting my card after 2 hours of waiting. The actual card issuance takes 15-20mins
  
  I realized certain things while I was there. The customer service reps are doing a lot of side tasks for their friends and/or special customers hence the slow turnaround times with waiting customers. Customer service standards has really dropped in this branch. 3 years ago, a lot more attention was given to customer irrespective of their account balance. Now, you need to know the reps and tip them to get a service.
  
  As an advise, if you plan on visiting the customer service desk in this spintex branch, be prepared to wait over 2 hours to get served or just do what others are doing and tip the ladies to get served.

  They have never picked up my calls...I went online, got their number and I've been calling for weeks but they never pick.. what kind of bank is this?

  Often crowded without much direction for clients. Customer service personnel occasionally impatient.
  However, fast tellers and very polite. Air conditioner always at a comfortable temperature. A fair experience.
