  One staff is very bad. No matter he is the manager or not, he treat other branch customer very stiff.

  Their head office may be fine, but their branches are not following suit. It appears as though they will create new policies for various transfer methods which are not actually requirements for the service companies themselves, and as such deny both service and documentation to explain why they demand what they demand.
  
  I had expected better.. but I will be closing my account with them and recommending others do the same until they feel it is necessary to provide clients with legal notice of policy changes.. a headquarters is to be judged by it's branches and public relations - nothing more, nothing less.

  First of all, there's ample parking space for customers. Also, the environment is clean and tidy, and is conducive for conducting business activities. The staff is also warm and friendly, so customer service is great. The waiting times are not too long, so you can quickly do your banking and be done with it in a short while.

  Customer friendly staff. Usual medium-paced queuing times as most good banks. Generally okay. :)
