  Very poor service. Leased us a car without valid insurance. Twice stopped by the Ghanaian Police and threatened is with arrest. Shambles to treat their services in Ghana like that with no redress. Never again. Don't deserve even the one star. Nil. Star will be appropriate..

  Two months ago I was in Accra for work and reserved a car online. When I arrived they told me that I had to have an international driver's license (even though the website said nothing about this when it accepted my payment). When I told them, that the website hadn't said anything about this, and that I didn't have an international driver's license and would need a refund, the staff was unhelpful to the point of being rude, and said they couldn't give me a refund and that I would have to deal with the central office. Then they wouldn't even give me the contact information, telling me "look it up online". I I wouldn't leave until they gave me the customer service email (they wouldn't even give me a phone number). Never have such unhelpful customer service. Now it's 2 months later, and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm currently $400 dollars out. I wouldn't rent with these guys until they figure out how to help out with refunds.
