  Rented a car for collection at Kotoka international Airport (25/12/15).
  Nobody turned up to meet us so we had to make alternative arrangements.
  Next time, I will book with Avis. I will not be using Europcar AFRICA again.

  Rented a car and driver for a journey to Kumasi and Techiman. Driver didn't know directions for basic places on our itinerary - I really didn't expect to be having to use Google Maps on my phone to help him navigate.
  
  To top things off, the driver demanded an extra payment to go to Techiman, despite the all-inc rate. It took an hour and a half of phone calls to resolve, making us late for our day's meetings.
