Erata is one of the Hotels at East legon that has served a lot of people around and outside,this place is good for conference since there conference rooms are cool with projectors unlike other place,they normally get most of their guest from the Government another good information is that they are now selling cars of all kind in addition to the Hotel business so when you are in town and want to buy a car just walk to their office at Yeboah road East legon

A-ma-Zing experience. I was there to relax after a hectic flight for about 5 days. And i loved my stay!!

Erata hotel is probably a four star hotel that use to be one of the best hotels some years back until it faced a lot of competition in recent times. However it has stood the test of time and maintained very good standards in all aspects of their facilities. It is consistently doing a lot of maintenance from time to time to keep its facilities up to standard. It is well located in the neighborhoods of east legon in Accra the capital of Ghana. I will want to begin with the warm reception that a customer receives at the entrance into the hotel. The personnel at the reception are very receptive. They will check you in with a smile and carry your bags into your rooms. Their rooms are furnished with a comfortable bed, neatly dressed. Their wash rooms are neat, bath tabs are neat and running with cold and hot water. The televisions in the room gives the options of varieties of channels ranging from cartoons to football, news, Ghanaian movies etc. Then to their restaurant which provides a buffet of breakfast for free as long as you take the night in their rooms. For lunch and dinner they have both local and continental dishes. You can choose to enjoy your meal by their poolside as well and enjoy the breeze. They also have an airport drop off car on the standby for those who will need it. They also have conference rooms in case you need such facility. All in all Erata Hotel is a nice place

Very proficient and helpful staff. Services are way above average and seems they really care about their customers. Personally, I believe the cost is a bit steep but for now, won't go elsewhere.

The hotel has seen better days. The meals were ok. Nothing to exciting, and the meal selection was kept at a minimum. The staff were, however, very cordial and polite.

They could do with some improved lunch order. The chicken was too dry..broke like a biscuit. But they had good breakfast.
