  Inadequate stock of goods. Maybe they have it in a warehouse somewhere but going through the shop doesn't give you the variety you wish for. Unlike the adverts you see

  Went window shopping for AC's and fridges. Not many items on display that interested me. You should go there if you know exactly what you want.
