It has a large open space and can be rented for events. It's a children's park but most of the facilities don't function well anymore. It used to be a really exciting place with train rides and other rides.

Used to be a decent place to take children to play and run around. Presently it's just a run down park with little amenities. The bathroom though looks okay from the outside ..it's horrible inside.

It's an open plan play ground with no play amenities. The existing roller coaster has been broken down for several years now. But a good place for social activities like the annual garden show, kenkey for the needy and other events.

This is a children's recreational center in the centre of Greater Accra, Ghana's capital. It is named after Ghana's renowned novelist and writer Efua T Sutherland. It is sandwiched between the National Theatre, the World Trade Centre and the Kempinski Hotel (Gold Coast City). Efua Sutherland Children's Park is along the centre of Accra and as such there is usually traffic jam around this place. It is a preferred place for children activities as it contains most facilities for children's play.

It would be okay when the rail line for the children are buried, is very dangerous whenever children comes around to play. One can loose his whole head when he falls with the teeth against the iron rail . I will never take my child to Efua Sutherland park.
