The worst experience ever! Placed an order about two hours online, they called to confirm my order and asked me to come pick up 30 mins after I placed the order and only for me to get there for them to tell me that the haven't received any order from me. I called the number that called me to confirm the order and the one lady who called me earlier is suddenly forgetful. Had to ask me lots of unnecessary questions before suddenly remembering, she asked to speak to one of the waitresses and the 3 ladies in front of me refused to take the phone until I insisted before one did. After talking to the lady in the office, the waitress said my order was in the kitchen, I stood there for mins without anyone attending to me. I finally spoke to a guy who I think is a supervisor and explained my situation to him, he went to the kitchen and back and asked for me name again, went in and came back and said my order is now made. After 2 hours of placing an order online am being told that it is yet to be made. I had to leave after wasting my time and fuel empty handed.

It's a cool place with upscale restaurant looking stuff buh the pizza is a NO for me, as well as their pricing.
I just decided to give their pizza a try and to be honest what you buy there for 50 cedis ( small ) is not worth it.
Pizza inn isn't so upscale buh their pizza has been rocking for the past decade or so in Accra and their prices plus promotions are really mouth wateringly tempting..Eddy's should try and tone down the Luxury feel of their restaurant and focus on making better 🍕

It's a great place to hangout with family and friends.
Its child friendly and also nice and cozy. Their Pizza is one of the best in Accra.
They have a very wide variety of pizzas to choose from.
The place is also very serene and comfortable.
You can even have your meetings there and build connections.

I'm very disappointed. This is not the eddys pizza of the recent past. I went there and my date was running late. The tried to evict me several times because of that. Also the pizzas are absolutely tasteless. A lot of people have been complaining and I experienced it myself this time. Nonetheless, the waiters are quite nice regardless of the way they wanted to throw me out cos I hadn't ordered yet.

Worst worst worst service!!!!!!!!!!!!Terrible!!!!!!!
1. Please get another contact line .. we cannot keep waiting on the line for almost an hour just to place an order.
2.delivery arrived so cold and looking like spaghetti Bolognese.. in shambles & trampled this is the third time it is happening.
I'm not buying from east legon branch again
3.and the pizza. as if tin tomatoes and fruit juice have been poured on it..Terrible!!!!!!!
I'm extremely disappointed because eddys used to be my favorite.

Great pizzeria. What more can I say. I believe it's better to visit there yourself and also write a review or better still give your own recommendation or feedback.

As for me I have nothing but great love for this place.

Especially when it comes to delivering the pizza to wherever you are. Once you order and request for delivery, they promptly attend to you and make sure you get your pizza on time.

It is not nice to lie blatantly to honest people who just want to eat. If you have decided that I'm not worth your service, that's fine. There's no need to deceive me and keep me waiting for a call that will never come. Treat people as you wish to be treated. Worst customer service ever. I would have given a negative star rating if that was possible

One of the best pizza joints in Accra however waiting period must be worked on. Customer services are not satisfactory.

The place is romantic and cozy though. More room for improvement.

Their pizza is among the best, and in general it's a cool place. My only suggestion is that they must find a way to effectively handle the demand during occasions and holidays. I once had to wait there for close to an hour before being served probably because of the holiday crowd.

Eddy's Pizza east Legon branch is one of the best joint to grab a pizza or burger when you are a round Legon and it's environs. They have great customer service and smiley workers who makes you want to visit them over and over again. The only problem I have with them is with their POS service. Most times all you are told is no network. So cashless customers have no option than to transact with cash.

Cozy,Cool,A wonderful place to go to with a loved one.
Cool menu to choose any type of pizza you want,the shakes were too sugary,and customer service was WOW!.Nice view tho.I totally loved this place

Place was very neat. They were not honest with the time to deliver my order, took over an hour considering they had no electricity at the time. I was served old bread that was microwaved even though it had fungi on it. But over all, customer service was fair.

The service is slow, the online app does not work, they gave me the wrong pizza, and they did not have any ingredients for the pizzas. I would not recommend.

They serve delicious pizza, for me; so far the best but their workers. On more than three occasion, I ordered pizza to be delivered and it took at least 5hrs before receiving my pizza. Secondly, I ordered pizza and they delivered the wrong one but I paid more for it. I called them and complained which they confirmed I was right. I never got refund for my money or an apology for what they did. They should put a suggestion box and complaint box to hear from customers

Eddy's Pizza boasts great pizza, but I beg to differ. Their service has always been substandard and their staff have a very laid back attitude to service.

They have boldly displayed that they accept card payments, but they have never accepted my card, always saying that their machine is broken and has been for a while. Take the sign off then!!!

I hope that they can get a good manager that will resolve all these issues
