  I have encountered poor customer service, slowness, delays without explanations to clients, and several other problems at this branch/bank. Occasionally, I've met a few employees who were very courteous and professional, providing great help with the things I needed. I think the bank needs to revise its work culture, particularly how it treats young people. I don't bank there personally, but am always disappointed when I compare their services with my (a foreign) bank. I currently dread having to go there.
