Bad experience. Very long queues, very slow and relaxed staff. 40 minutes for one customer at front desk is way too much. Plus after the remark about her sluggishness the lady started arguing instead of apology.

After having queued for 30 mins under the direction of a staff, I got turned away to join a separate queue.
Here is the exchange when I asked why:

Teller A : I don’t perform your kind of transaction. Go to the next Teller.

Me: Why? Is Teller B the only one to serve me?

Teller A: Yes. (Clearly ignoring my first question)

Teller B: Madam, you can’t stand here. Join the queue.

Me: I turned to look behind me. Annoyed Must I join another queue after spending the last 30 mins waiting?

Teller B: Yes, that guy over there was here before you!

Me : No way. I should be the next customer you serve what kind of service is this?
(At this point, the other customers in the banking hall came to my defense but this Teller disregarded all)

I left the bank after another 30 minutes.

Would have walked away but someone was relying on me to make payment.

NOT COMING BACK.

Wait time here is bad. There might not be too many people but they somehow just don't go through customers timely enough. Be prepared to wait long when coming here.

The worst branch of an otherwise ok bank. Long waits, incompetent staff, needless proceedure make everything in this branch a unnecessarily slow process. For example it took five separate trips over two weeks to this branch to issue a working ATM card. Or to deposit a check on Saturday the Teller just decided we needed to have a branch manager record the check first.
