  I wasn't pleased with the way and manner in which one staff called Anita communicated to me.
  This is the height of unprofessionalism and she need a full training package on Customer care. The next time this attitude of hers happens again, i will tell her my peace of mind. If she had any experience with a Nurse, am not the one she should channel her bitterness to.

  I don't know why but I am yet to receive a fast service at an Ecobank branch since my first timely one at their head office in 2009.
