Just closing my student account and opening a savings account has taken almost a year. After requesting for and submitting so many documents they told me they lost it so I had to resubmit. I just left to zenith bank but apparently they mixed my details with someone else ie. his name is on the account but my contact and email. I get his notifications and have access to his account via online banking. After months of complaining they don’t seem to care. They don’t see a problem with two people using the same account.
